Preparation :1 bowl cooked rice
1 or 2 red chillies, slice into rings.1 stalk celery, slice into small pieces.
2 or 3 eggs, scramble with margarin.2-3 tblsp oil
Smooth spices :5 cloves of red garlic
2 cloves of garlic1 in turmeric
1 cm greater galingale (kencur)Salt to taste
- Fry the smooth spices.
