Nasi Goreng Kuning (Turmeric fried rice)

To make this fried rice is simple and need no longer time. So, if you in hurry, you can try this recipe. Definitely, it's nutritious!

Preparation :
1 bowl cooked rice
1 or 2 red chillies, slice into rings.
1 stalk celery, slice into small pieces.
2 or 3 eggs, scramble with margarin.
2-3 tblsp oil

Smooth spices :
5 cloves of red garlic
2 cloves of garlic
1 in turmeric
1 cm greater galingale (kencur)
Salt to taste
  1. Fry the smooth spices.
  2. Add slice of red chillies, then cooked rice and scrambled eggs. Mix them.
  3. Add slice of celery and mix them.
  4. Serve hot.
