Preparation :
1 bowl cooked rice1 or 2 red chillies, slice into rings.
1 stalk celery, slice into small pieces.2 or 3 eggs, scramble with margarin.
2-3 tblsp oilSmooth spices :
5 cloves of red garlic2 cloves of garlic
1 in turmeric1 cm greater galingale (kencur)
Salt to taste- Fry the smooth spices.
